The platform

Infrastructure for tokenized real-world assets

Inventory, metrics, and a flow designed for qualified investors. The product is being built under the CNAD framework; investments are not open yet.

Inventory

Properties with photo, location, and category

Each opportunity is presented as a product card: photo, location, status, and context, without previewing the pipeline.

Data

IRR, token, return, and supply at a glance

The same metric hierarchy as the marketplace, built to compare opportunities clearly.

Trust

Construction and funding progress

Dual progress bars and regulatory copy so the card feels institutional and clear.

Who is behind this

Built by operators. Governed by leaders.

EQUITTY is being built by a cross-border team of fintech founders, capital strategists, legal architects, and technology leaders—with an advisory panel designed for institutional credibility.

Mission

To connect U.S. and global capital to real-world assets across Latin America—through a compliant, transparent, and scalable platform that opens access for both qualified retail and institutional investors.

Why we exist

Capital exists. Assets exist. The regulated infrastructure connecting them does not. EQUITTY is closing that gap—starting in El Salvador, scaling across Latin America.

Process

From the regulatory frame to the marketplace

How access to tokenized real-world assets is being built, without bringing an offering forward.

  1. 01

    CNAD framework first

The platform is designed inside El Salvador’s digital-asset framework. Filings come before capital raising.

  2. 02

    Team and governance

Operators, finance, technology, and an advisory panel with institutional standards from day one.

  3. 03

    A product with clear metrics

Inventory, IRR, funding, and liquidity will use the same hierarchy the marketplace is being built around.

  4. 04

    Qualified access at launch

When an offering exists, it will be private and for qualified investors. Nothing is being raised today.

Why Equitty

A clearer way into real-world assets

The marketplace puts inventory, metrics, and regulatory status in front of any investment decision.

CNAD framework, not fine print

El Salvador and the digital-asset framework as product context, visible from the first screen.

Investment metrics up front

IRR, term, liquidity, token, return, and supply with the same hierarchy as the marketplace.

Funding and construction with real progress

Dual bars show how much is built and how much is funded, without opaque narrative.

Investments are not open yet

When offerings open, they will be for qualified investors, in a regulated flow. Nothing is being raised today.

Compliance

Compliance is not a checkbox. It is the foundation.

Designed from day one inside El Salvador's digital-asset framework: file first, build the infrastructure, and launch only when ready.

  1. 01

    License first

We will apply in 2026 for the DASP license under El Salvador's Digital Assets Law. We will not operate in a gray area; we will operate on the law.

  2. 02

    Dual jurisdiction

EQUITTY Holdings Inc. (Delaware) owns EQUITTY S.A.S. de C.V. (El Salvador): U.S. governance with operations under El Salvador's digital-asset framework.

  3. 03

    Investor protection

Dedicated Delaware SPVs, milestone-based capital release, KYC/AML before funds move, and CNAD filings for each private offering.

  4. 04

    Public status

Regulatory status stays public. If the DASP license is granted or a phase milestone lands, we will say so.

At launch

Who can invest

Access opens in phases. Nothing is for sale today.

When

First offering targeted for Q3 2026, subject to DASP approval.

Who

Authorized and qualified investors under the CNAD framework.

Later

General retail access is planned for a later phase.

We are not accepting investor applications, expressions of interest, or capital commitments at this time.
